Moffett Timeshares

Mom and Dad, Jim and Bonnie, accumulated a number of time shares over the years, like 5-10 weeks per year. The purpose here is to utilize these weeks  inexpensively for family! To get people used to the option, the price will be half the maintenance fee per point.

As the maintenance fees will be paid one way or another, I've decided to see if we can utilize as many of the days/ weeks/ points as possible.

We can discuss methodology, but I am attempting to create this website so that we can all easily access and shop for fun vacation options individually or maybe even together.  

Among the three groups, there are literally hundreds of properties available ranging from austere in a great location to absolutely beautiful and modern.  This is negotiable, but this is what I think would be both fair and offer a HUGE incentive to take advantage:

1. Use the links and logins on this page to shop for vacation rentals.

2. For immediate family, the cost will be the maintenance fee for the points used minus 25%.  

3. For friends who would like to book, just covering the maintenance fee would suffice.  

This really is a fantastic deal as many, many thousands of dollars were spent just to have the ability to book for the price of the maintenance fee.

The bottom line is that there are between 5 and 10 weeks available every year that the maintenance is paid for, one way or the other.  PLEASE take some time to explore the properties-- I'm sure you'll find some fantastic deals.
